Rest and Rehab

Joe Nathan was diagnosed with a “significant tear” to a ligament in his pitching elbow.  The repair the injury Nathan would have to undergo Tommy John surgery and miss all of the 2010 season.  Instead, Nathan is planning to rest and rehab the elbow with the hopes of being able to pitch for the Twins this season.

If anyone can pitch through a torn ligament it is Joe. We are all crossing our fingers and hoping for the best not only for the Twins, but for his future too. Only 9 saves until Joe hold the record for most saves as a Twin…I still know he can do it!
