Just needed to say I am thrilled I happened onto your internet page!
My legs seem to be getting tired too easy when runnnig. If I run a long run, like a 10 mile run, they start getting tight and tired about two miles into it. If I run my long run in intervals they will make it ok. I also am very tight the day after my long runs. My breathing isn't an issue so I feel like I'm in decent shape. I've been using CFE for over a year so the wods aren't anything new to me. Could there be a lack of something in my diet? I currently eat a paleo zone type diet.
The knowledge is really important.
